Because processing happens in your browser, results may vary depending on your device, browser and available memory. Always keep a copy of your original files: to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for data loss, lost profits or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

The images you open and edit remain yours and under your sole responsibility. By using the site you declare that you have the right to process the content you work on: files you authored, files you hold a license for, or files for which you have the consent of the people depicted. The site acquires no rights whatsoever over your images — which, for that matter, it never receives, since processing is local — and is under no obligation to verify their ownership, which remains entirely your responsibility.

Using the site for unlawful purposes is prohibited, including by way of example: processing or producing material that infringes third parties' copyrights, trademarks or image rights; creating defamatory, deceptive or counterfeit content (for example, forging documents); interfering with the operation of the service through mass automated access, aggressive scraping or attempted compromise.
