What you can write to us about
- Bug reports: if a tool isn't working as it should, tell us which page you were using, your browser (and its version, if you know it) and what you expected to happen. Please don't attach personal photos: a description is all we need to reproduce the problem — and in any case we'd have no way of seeing the files you process, since they stay on your device.
- Ideas and requests: is there a tool you'd use often that's missing? A control that would make an existing editor more convenient? User suggestions are the main source of new features.
- Partnerships and press: for collaborations, citations or editorial enquiries, write to us describing your project and the kind of partnership you have in mind.
